Each deck features a BBQ Grill, patio furniture, tables and chairs. The Ground Level Deck area features an outdoor shower to wash-off before entering the Lodge.
5 Acres of Private Land including 1 acre across the river to the banks on the opposite side
This place in the mountains, amid nature’s casualness toward death and birth, is the perfect host for the inspiration of ideas: harsh at times, life-threatening in its winters of destruction, but tender in attention to the details or every petal of every wildflower resurrected in the spring. Nature and creativity obey the same laws, to the same end: Life.

The forest is also home to many forest creatures. Children should not be left unattended while exploring the forest land.
David Boren Hiking Trail cuts across the back area and provides our guests with an easy accessible hiking trail through the forest.
The David Boren Hiking Trail is named after the U.S. senator and former governor of Oklahoma. The David Boren Trail offers 16 miles of hiking Trails with 4 miles of multi-purpose (mountain bike) trails that wander along ridge tops and over creek bottoms. The 12-mile Boren hiking trail runs from south to north, starting at the low-water dam at the south end of Beavers Bend and then connecting with the Beaver Lodge Nature Trail and is full of steep grades. The trail is well defined and is a narrow, one-person trail – which means no bicycles please.
